Streameye.net does not use any tracking cookies, pixels nor other methods that record user identifiable information. This means all web surfers who use Streameye.net services retain complete anonymity. Your name, address, phone number, e-mail and IP address all remain your private information.

Streameye app users

Streameye is a business-to-business service. For the user accounts of our customers' employees we process the name, work email address and login data needed to provide the service, on the basis of our contract with the customer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in operating the service securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is hosted by Amazon Web Services in the European Union (Ireland). Account data is kept while the account exists; technical logs are kept only as long as needed to operate and secure the service.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing and to receive it in a portable format. To use these rights, contact us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg) or with the data protection authority of the EU country where you live or work.
